Agreement Between Customer & The Nuts Cart

Welcome to The Nuts Cart. By accessing our website (thenutscart.com) or purchasing any of our gourmet nuts, dry fruits, seeds, and curated gift boxes, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

Important Notice: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our service.

1Eligibility & Account Responsibility

To register an account or place an order on The Nuts Cart, you must be at least 18 years of age or access the website under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, phone OTP, and account credentials.
  • All information provided during checkout (including recipient address, pin code, and mobile phone number) must be true, accurate, and up to date.
  • The Nuts Cart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide misleading information or engage in fraudulent transaction activities.

2Product Representation & Gourmet Quality

We take utmost care to present high-definition imagery and authentic weight descriptions for all dry fruits, nuts, berries, and combos.

Natural Variations in Agro-Produce: Because our nuts and dates are 100% natural and harvested from premium seasonal crops without artificial polishing or synthetic bleaching, subtle variations in nut diameter, natural kernel pigmentation, and natural moisture content are completely standard and a testament to pure harvest authenticity.

  • Weights specified on product pages represent net edible weight at the time of hermetic nitrogen-flush packaging.
  • Nutritional estimations provided are based on standard laboratory analysis and general dietary references.

3Pricing, Invoicing & Payment Gateway

All prices displayed on The Nuts Cart are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Encrypted Payments
Transactions are securely processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (Cashfree / UPI / NetBanking / Cards).
Transparent Billing
A GST tax invoice is generated for every order and delivered digitally to your registered email upon dispatch.

We reserve the right to revise product prices, promotional discounts, and custom combo pricing at any time without prior notice. In the rare event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a system glitch, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a 100% full refund.

4Order Acceptance, Cancellation & Dispatch

Your order placement constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is formally accepted once it is processed at our central packing hub and an Airway Bill (AWB) consignment tracking number is issued.

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to physical courier dispatch from our facility.
  • Once an order has been handed over to our transit logistics partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC), cancellation cannot be accommodated due to perishable food safety restrictions.

5Allergen & Dietary Disclaimer

Our processing and packaging facility handles tree nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts), seeds (pumpkin, chia, sunflower), and dried dates.

Allergen Caution: If you or any recipient has a severe tree nut allergy, please exercise caution. Products are packed in a facility that strictly adheres to food safety norms, but cross-contact within the tree nut category may occur naturally.

6Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this platform—including brand logos, packaging photography, custom combo builder logic, typography, and text copy—is the exclusive intellectual property of The Nuts Cart and protected under Indian copyright and trademark statutes.

7Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
