Full name, primary email address, mobile contact number, and encrypted password/OTP credentials.
Delivery Destination
Recipient residential or office street address, landmark, city, state, and 6-digit postal PIN code.
Order Preferences
Items ordered, custom combo recipe selections, past purchase history, and product wishlist records.
Device & Session Logs
IP address, browser type, device resolution, and referral URL collected for fraud detection and performance optimization.

2Payment Information & Zero-Storage Security

We prioritize your financial safety through bank-grade integration protocols:

Zero-Card Storage Policy: All payment transactions are executed via 256-bit SSL encrypted channels through RBI-licensed payment aggregators (such as Cashfree Payments / Razorpay). The Nuts Cart never captures, stores, or sees your 16-digit debit/credit card numbers, CVV codes, UPI MPINs, or net banking passwords on our servers.

  • Payments are processed directly on tokenized, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway environments.
  • We receive only a cryptographically signed transaction status code and payment reference ID to mark your order as confirmed.

3How We Use Your Personal Data

Your data is utilized solely for lawful business operations and fulfilling your gourmet dry fruits experience:

  • Fulfillment & Courier Transit: Generating shipping labels, coordinating pickup with logistics partners, and dispatching your parcel.
  • Live Tracking Notifications: Transmitting automated SMS, WhatsApp, and email alerts containing your real-time Airway Bill (AWB) tracking link.
  • Customer Support: Assisting you promptly with order modifications, transit delays, or refund inquiries.
  • Statutory Tax Records: Retaining GST invoices and purchase ledger documentation as required by the Ministry of Finance and Indian tax law.

4Third-Party Sharing & Logistics Partners

We share only the minimum required shipping details with trusted operational partners:

  • Courier & Delivery Fleets: Companies such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post are provided solely your name, phone number, and address to execute doorstep delivery.
  • Communication Gateways: SMS and transaction notification gateways to deliver one-time OTPs and shipment milestones.
